Originally from Indiana, Rachelle has spent many years working as a web developer, educator, and idea implementer.  She has a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. Rachelle has been helping people become more informed and more empowered through technology for nearly 10 years.
